Custom Orders & Personalization
Do you take custom or personalized orders?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces that bring your unique vision to life. If you have a specific idea, reach out via the contact page with details, and I’ll let you know if it’s possible. Custom orders may require additional time and pricing adjustments based on complexity.
Can I request a specific design, color, or size for a product?
Most of my designs can be slightly modified in size or color, depending on the materials used. If you have a special request, feel free to contact me before placing an order to discuss options.
Materials & Craftsmanship
What materials are used to create your products?
I use a combination of wood, 3D-printed elements, and carefully sourced materials to ensure each piece is durable and beautifully crafted. My work blends organic textures with modern techniques to create something truly unique.
Are your products eco-friendly or sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is important to me. I prioritize eco-friendly materials whenever possible and strive to minimize waste in my production process. Many of my products incorporate natural and recycled materials to reduce environmental impact.
Does your wall art come with hardware?
Most of our wall art includes hardware on the back of the piece for easy hanging. Only our geometric collection does not, which is specified in the product description.
What packaging is used?
We try to be as eco-friendly as possible. We use eco-friendly boxes that are the perfect fit for most of our products. Since each piece is fragile, we try to keep everything as secure as possible. In addition to eco-friendly boxes, we also use recyclable kraft packing tape and paper/ products to wrap each item. Sometimes things break, but we are always here to help fix this problem any way we can.
Shipping & Processing
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders typically take up to 3 business days to process before shipping. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, but I’ll always provide an estimated timeline at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Can I expedite my order?
If you need an item quickly, please contact me before ordering. I’ll do my best to accommodate rush requests, but availability depends on my current workload.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Since each piece is handmade, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 30 days of receiving it, and I’ll work with you to find a solution. Custom orders are not eligible for a refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email me immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll either replace the item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my purchase to ensure longevity?
To keep your piece looking its best, avoid direct sunlight and excessive moisture. Dust gently with a soft cloth or compressed air. For wooden pieces, a light application of natural oil can help maintain their finish over time.
Are your products safe for outdoor use?
Unless specifically noted, most of my pieces are designed for indoor use. Exposure to extreme weather conditions may cause damage over time. If you need an outdoor-safe version, contact me to discuss customization options.

Do you offer wholesale options for retailers?
Yes, I offer wholesale pricing for select items. If you’re a retailer interested in carrying my work, please reach out with details about your shop, and I’ll provide wholesale pricing and minimum order requirements.
Are you open to artist collaborations or brand partnerships?
Absolutely! I love collaborating with other artists and brands that align with my aesthetic and values. If you have an idea for a partnership, send me an email—I’d love to chat.
Gift Orders & Packaging
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
All orders are carefully packaged, but I do offer special gift wrapping for an additional fee. Let me know at checkout if you’d like this option.
